Post-stroke left foot drop prevented independent walking. With a custom ankle-foot orthosis and rehabilitation training, the patient achieved independent walking of 500 meters after 8 months, with foot drop angle improved from 30 degrees to within 5 degrees.

After a brain hemorrhage, the patient developed right-sided hemiplegia with severe hyperextension of the right knee. During walking, the knee locked backward, causing frequent leg weakness and falls. After using the KAFO 6 for 15 months, knee hyperextension improved from -15° to -3°, and walking became stable without falls.

Infantile cerebral palsy with severe bilateral foot inversion and frequent falls. After 12 months of orthotic intervention and rehabilitation, foot alignment improved significantly, enabling stable walking without falling.

Cerebral palsy since childhood with right foot equinovarus deformity, making shoe-wearing difficult and causing a limp. Custom orthotics combined with Achilles tendon stretching resulted in significant improvement of the foot deformity after 10 months, enabling the use of regular shoes and reducing the limp.

Complete paraplegia after spinal cord injury made me believe I'd never stand again. After customizing a knee-ankle联动 brace, I was thrilled to stand up for the first time. Now, I can walk 100 meters with a walker.
